Dawns favorite Kashi Meals

Read the ingredients, calories etc.
I like what goes into these meals!
I have my favorites.
This one below is my all time fave meal..its so flavorful..I love the lemongrass and the coconut..
the chewy kashi grain is so delicious...
supplement the meal with xtra veggies or just eat this...
Jeff and I eat these meals a few times a week.
This meal has 300 calories a serving
Ingredients: Cooked Kashi™ Pilaf (water, whole: oats, long grain brown rice, rye, hard red winter wheat, triticale, buckwheat, dehulled barley, sesame seeds), cooked chicken (chicken breast, water, chicken flavor [dehydrated chicken broth, chicken powder, natural flavor], rice starch, carrageenan, salt), water, brocoli, lemongrass puree (lemongrass, water), carrots, cooked quinoa (water, quinoa), sugar snap peas, coconut cream (coconut cream, xanthan gum, carrageenan, guar gum), coconut, evaporated cane juice, rice starch, canola oil, garlic (garlic, water), evaporated salt, ginger puree (ginger, water), jalepeno pepper, lime juice concentrate, soy flour, whole milk powder.
I don't like to microwave in plastic...so i take the meal out and put it in a glass or china bowl if I am going to use the Micro.
You can also heat it in a pan.
This is another one that I love.
I haven't tried all of the entrees...They have pizza also..haven't tried that.

Here is my favorite Granola bar ever...Jeff and I usually split one package because there are two bars.....not many calories if you eat just one...and it is not too sweet
but satisfys the sweet tooth.
